In collaboration with Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, Lincolnshire Emergency Blood Bikers Service, and Lincolnshire Police, we demonstrated how our emergency services unite to protect lives and keep our community safe. It takes a team.
At LIVES, we understand the value of working alongside our colleagues in both the voluntary and commissioned emergency services. Ultimately working together means we can make a greater impact on saving lives.
This year’s Lincolnshire Show provided the perfect platform for how this collaboration works. Together with Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, Lincolnshire Police, and The Lincolnshire Emergency Blood Bikers Service, we staged a controlled scenario involving a cyclist who had been hit by a car while trying to pass a tractor.
The scenario highlighted the intrinsic roles each emergency service plays and the specialised care they provide. It was a powerful illustration of how we function seamlessly as a team to ensure the best possible outcomes in medical emergencies.
