All health care providers are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure safe, effective, compassionate, and high-quality care.
LIVES was inspected by the CQC in March 2025, with a follow-up inspection in July 2025 to gather additional evidence. This was a focused inspection, assessing only three key areas rather than the full five domains normally included in a standard review.
We are proud to share that LIVES has been rated Good by the CQC. This recognises the compassion and dedication of our staff and volunteers, who work tirelessly to provide life-saving care across Lincolnshire. At the same time, we continue to identify areas for improvement and have already taken action to address these.
We remain committed to delivering the highest standards of care and look forward to continuing to serve our community.
