Care Quality Commission

All Health Care Providers are subject to regulation by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This is to ensure organisations are providing safe, effective, compassionate, and high-quality care.

LIVES was inspected in November 2023 which led to us being given an overall rating of ‘Requires Improvement’

Our team of staff and volunteers strive to provide the highest level of care for their patients, and we are pleased that the CQC has recognised how our people treat patients with compassion and kindness. We acknowledge and accept that there are areas where we can improve, and we have already taken action in many of these. We look forward to welcoming the CQC back for future inspections.
