Forever in Bloom is LIVES’ in-memory campaign, created to give families a beautiful and lasting way to remember someone special while supporting lifesaving care across Lincolnshire. At its heart is a lovingly hand-painted yellow metal dahlia, symbolising warmth, hope and the lasting light our loved ones bring to our lives. Together, the flowers form a growing community of remembrance, with each one telling a personal story.

Every donation helps our Community First Responders and medical teams provide vital care at 999 emergencies across the county. Your remembrance saves lives.
