For more than half a century, LIVES has been at the heart of Lincolnshire’s emergency medical response. Working alongside the NHS, our highly trained volunteers and clinical staff respond to 999 calls, delivering immediate pre-hospital care to people experiencing medical emergencies — often arriving first when every second counts. From cardiac arrests and trauma incidents to life-threatening medical conditions, we provide critical early treatment, support patients and families at the scene, and help save lives across urban, rural and remote communities throughout the county.
A commitment to saving life, whatever it takes. That’s what unites all our Emergency Responders. Whether they’re providing rapid first response support on their doorstep, or highly specialised medical interventions around the clock and across the county. It’s what they do. This isn’t a job. This is a life choice, that all LIVES’ volunteers share. Take a look at some of the roles they take on.
This isn’t just back up care. It’s advanced treatment, anywhere it’s needed.
When a person falls, their needs potentially go way beyond treatment of an initial injury. That’s why, when the call comes in, one of our Falls Responders will be on the scene quickly.
