Hi, I’m Chloe! At LIVES, I wear two hats: Educator and Casualty Actor.

Shaping the Future
As an Educator, I design and deliver training programs for vital first-aid skills. I use clear explanations and engaging materials to ensure our learners are well-prepared.

Bringing Skills to Life
My role as a Casualty Actor adds a crucial layer. Using makeup and special effects, I create very realistic scenarios that mirror real-world emergencies. This practical training helps our learners feel confident when faced with the unexpected.

My journey began 2 years ago as a Casualty Actor. LIVES’ commitment to my development, combined with my own dedication, has allowed me to grow into the Educator role which I love. The organisation’s support empowers me to see a fulfilling career path ahead, contributing directly to the well-being of the Lincolnshire community.

Beyond LIVES – Community First Responder
My passion for helping others extends beyond my official roles. I also volunteer as a Community First Responder. This vital service involves responding to critical situations in remote areas, providing crucial care until the ambulance arrives.

A Week in My Shoes
My typical week revolves around preparing for training sessions. I meticulously research and prepare lesson plans, develop training materials, and even set up simulated emergencies for my courses. Depending on the session, I might directly lead the training or lend my skills as a Casualty Actor to support other educators.
